Intermediate/Senior Structural Designers - Power and Transportation Group
Klohn Crippen Berger's Power and Transportation Group is seeking Intermediate/Senior Structural Designers in our Vancouver office to fulfill roles on major Hydroelectric, Transportation and Ports projects both in Canada and worldwide. These positions offer opportunity for career development and experience on a wide variety of challenging projects. Work will entail all aspects of Structural design for industrial facilities, bridges and ports using AutoCAD
Responsibilities will include:
- Structural layouts and conceptual plans
- Prepare detailed design drawings in AutoCAD
- Work as part of a project team with managers, engineers, designers, and draftspersons
- Coordination with other engineering disciplines
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of Structural design experience in industrial or bridge engineering
- Diploma in Drafting Technology from a recognized technical institute or relevant industry experience
- Proficiency with AutoCAD 2008 or newer
- Solid understanding of multi-disciplined engineering projects
- Experience with 3D modeling is an asset.
- Experience in Revit is an asset.
